The buyer acknowledges that certain products purchased from the seller are offered throughout different regions of the world (see map above) by authorized distributors and that they are subject to an agreement with those distributors. The agreements provide exclusive rights to sell the products in specific territories and the right to pursue measures against those parties who try to circumvent the exclusive rights provisions by buying products outside of the restricted territories and reselling the products in the restricted territories.
The buyer is instructed to contact the seller if he requires more information regarding whether certain territories are restricted from reselling the seller’s products and have been exclusively awarded to an authorized distributor.
